At GBTeam, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. However, since we sell digital goods (source code, themes, and scripts), we have a specific refund policy in place.

When a refund is given

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:

  • The item is "broken" and does not work as advertised.
  • The item has a security vulnerability that cannot be fixed.
  • The item was misrepresented or has missing features mentioned in the description.
  • Support was not provided according to the item's support policy.

When a refund is NOT given

  • You simply changed your mind after downloading the item.
  • You bought the item by mistake.
  • You do not have the technical skills to use the item.
  • You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide specific details.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please open a support ticket with your Purchase Code and a detailed explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request within 48-72 hours.
